ORIGINAL STORY: The next SpaceX launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base could liftoff as early as Friday morning.
The aerospace company is targeting sometime between 7 and 11 a.m. for liftoff of a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 24 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit.
Following stage separation, the first-stage booster is expected to land on a droneship in the Pacific Ocean. No sonic boom is expected to be heard locally.
