A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Lompoc last month.
Lompoc police say Cory Smith, 40, of Lompoc, was crossing the 700 block of North H Street the evening of October 15 when he was hit by a vehicle. Smith later died due to his injuries.
Police say the driver, identified as Jose Rumualdo, 30, of Lompoc, was taken into custody on a warrant and for driving with a suspended license.
No other information was immediately available.
