The City of Santa Barbara has announced the three commercial cannabis businesses permitted to open and operate retail storefronts:
- Coastal Dispensary, LLC – 1019 Chapala St.
- Farmacy SB – 128 W. Mission St.
- Golden State Greens – 3516 State St.
The three were selected after city staff reviewed, scored and, after a public hearing last month, re-scored their applications.
The applicants will now work on getting building and other permits to renovate the spaces their recreational pot shops will occupy.
The city decided back in December to permit cannabis businesses. In January, it was determined only three recreational storefronts would be allowed.
