An SUV fire spread to nearby vegetation in Santa Ynez Monday evening.
Santa Barbara County Fire says the SUV fire started on Kalawa Shaq Road around 3:50 p.m.
The SUV was fully-engulfed in the fire, as well as a 30-by-30 feet area.
Units were still mopping up the fire around 5:15 p.m.
CHP and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s deputies were on scene, investigating and "dealing" with the driver of the SUV.
It is unknown who the driver is, what happened and if citations will be given out.
