Cal Poly made it to Forbes list of America’s Top Colleges at number 137 and seventh in California.
The university is ranked 26 best college on the West Coast and 37 in best public colleges in the country.
The list highlights Cal Poly’s student to faculty ration, which is 21, the total annual cost of going to the school and how much financial aid the university gives,
The list features 650 top colleges in the country. The lists aims to measure what students care about the most like how their college will help them after graduation, how likely they are to find success in their field and if they will earn enough money after college to pay for their student debt.
Some other factors they considered in the list is alumni salary, student experience, academic success and graduation rates.
