The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the publics help in finding an at risk missing teen.
Araceli Cervantes Cortez, 14, was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt and black yoga pants.
Cortez is described to have black hair, brown eyes, approximately 5’4" tall and 108 pounds.
Police say she voluntarily left her home and told her mother she was going to a friend’s house.
Cortez did not return and officials say she has a history of running away.
Family members and friends have received recent text messages from her and current information leads police to believe she is in the city of Santa Maria.
