Winds start to pick-up Friday and temperatures stay mild

Posted at

Friday will be the start of a somewhat windy weekend. Fifteen to 25 mile per hour winds are expected throughout the afternoon and evening hours on Friday and will slightly increase over the weekend. In turn, the winds will create clear skies and push most of the marine layer and fog off the coast.

Daytime highs continue to be fairly mild but are warming up close to the 80s for the interior valleys. The coastal valleys will stay around the low to upper 70s and the beaches will be close to the mid to upper 60s.

Drawn to Adventure “This week’s storm was subsiding, down to an intermittent drizzle at sundown, when a young woman ran to the beach with her paddleboard, jumped in and disappeared into the horizon. Wow! Now, that’s a woman living on the edge. She did return to shore as it turned black with a story for both of us to tell.” – LiVeS #awesome_earthpix #beonksby #californiaadventure #california_surf #everything_imaginable #gottolove_this #ig_treasures #ig_sunsetshots #surfinglife #paddleboarding #sunset_vision #sunset_stream #greenfriday #avilabeach #slocal #shareslo #princely_shotz #rsa_water #naturelovers #nature_brilliance #nature_sultans #world_bestangels
