Posted
and last updated

The start of the week will look and feel a little different compared to last. Marine layer and clouds will cover much of the coast and coastal valleys throughout the morning hours before clearing in the late morning. Daytime highs for the Central Coast will actually still be slightly above normal for most areas.

Daytime highs for the beaches will mostly range from the upper 60s to low 70s. Coastal and interior valleys will be closer to the mid-70s to low 80s. Mild to moderate winds are in the forecast Monday, ranging anywhere from five to 25 miles per hour.

Looking ahead, temperatures for the beaches and coastal valleys will actually start to warm up by the end of the week while the inland valleys will cool down by a few degrees.
