Sky conditions on Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain throughout the morning and afternoon hours. Models are indicating the opportunity for rain will be spotty and there won’t be a lot of it on the Central Coast.
Daytime highs will continue to feel seasonal but some areas in the interior valleys could warm up to the low 70s, and the beaches and coastal valleys will range from the low to upper 60s. Offshore flow could bring gusty conditions at times and winds could range from 15-30 miles again Friday.
Conditions for the weekend look to be fairly mild. Daytime highs for the coastal valleys will likely increase to the low 70s and cloudy skies will start to clear. Weather conditions are not expected to impact the commute for those traveling to or from the Central Coast following the long holiday weekend.
