UPDATE (9:40 a.m.) – The California Highway Patrol says a head-on crash on Los Osos Valley Road Thursday morning was the result of a wrong-way driver.
It happened at about 7:20 a.m. just east of Foothill Blvd.
CHP Public Information Officer Mike Poelking says a Honda Civic was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes and struck a silver Dodge head-on.
