Thursday’s forecast could have a little bit of everything, from fog to sunshine to thunderstorms.
Decreasing onshore flow will bring a marine layer to the coast Thursday morning, as well as morning low clouds for the coastal and interior valleys. The fog and marine layer will clear out by the early afternoon making for a day with plenty of sunshine.
Daytime highs for the interior valleys will continue to range from the low 70s to the mid-80s and the beaches and coastal valleys will stay close to the mid-60s and low 70s.
There is still a chance for thunderstorms in the afternoon hours over the Santa Barbara County mountains. The thunderstorm chances will continue through Saturday afternoon and could stretch into the interior portions of San Luis Obispo County as well.
