In honor of international yoga day, MINDBODY has and will continue to offer free yoga classes throughout the day Friday at its headquarters in San Luis Obispo.

From beginners to more advanced yoga-goers, everyone is invited to participate in this event. No reservations are needed. All participants will also be eligible to enter a raffle for a chance to win Manduka yoga mats.

Instructors from Smiling Dog Yoga of San Luis Obispo will teach the early morning and evening classes, while New York-based lifestyle and fitness influencer Melanie Phillips will lead the midday session.

Yogis are asked to bring mats, as loaners will be limited.

The evening class is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.

According to MINDBODY research, people decide to partake in yoga to:

  1. De-stress
  2. Improve overall health
  3. Feel better mentally
