Tuesday will be another warm day for the inland valleys, although, some relief is on the way. Temperatures will range from the low mid-90s for the interior valleys, but Wednesday through Friday, expect some inland areas to return to the 80s. A weakening ridge of high pressure will allow for temperatures to cool by the middle of the week but another round of warming will happen by the weekend as high pressure redevelops.

The coastal valleys will be close to the mid-70s Tuesday with the beaches staying right around the mid-60s. Marine layer and fog continues to be a trend and will fill in at the beaches and over the coastal valleys before burning off by late morning.

Breezy conditions will also persist Tuesday with northwesterly winds ranging from 15-25 miles per hour. These winds are likely to peak from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. before tapering off. Sundowner winds will pick-up Tuesday night along the coast from Gaviota to Refugio and could potentially reach 35 mph.
