Another foggy and cool morning is on tap for Thursday. Marine layer and low clouds will fill in along the coast, stretching into the interior valleys Thursday morning. These conditions could produce some drizzle during the morning commute so drivers might need to use their windshield wipers.
</div>By late morning, most of the clouds and fog will burn off in the coastal and interior valleys. The beaches will have foggy conditions through early afternoon before the sun makes an appearance.
The inland valley temperatures are gradually warming up to the low to mid-90s Thursday, while the coastal valleys will range from the low 70s to low 80s. At the coast, temperatures will be mild and range from the mid-60s to mid-70s.
