According to the California Highway Patrol, SR-1 is closed from Ragged Point moving North. This is due to the long-term closure in Monterey County due to multiple rockslides.
Caltrans says they are planning to provide updates after reevaluating conditions. In the meantime, it's recommended to avoid the area.
