Emergency physicians at Cottage Health hospitals in Santa Barbara County shared a letter to the community on Monday.
The doctors say they're seeing increasing numbers of patients sick with COVID-19 and are calling on residents to heed the warnings of medical experts and follow social distancing guidelines.
