Free COVID-19 testing will be available Wednesday and Thursday in Atascadero.
San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department is opening the pop-up testing site in the parking lot of the ECHO homeless shelter, located at 6370 Atascadero Ave.
Testing will be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
Tests are available to anyone regardless of if you are showing symptoms.
You must register for an appointment to be tested. No walk-ups will be allowed. Click here to make an appointment.
Test results should be available within four days.
Free testing sites are also open in Grover Beach and San Luis Obispo.
On June 15-16, a pop-up testing site will open at Nipomo High School. Another pop-up testing location will open in Morro Bay at the Vets Hall on June 17-18.
