Expedia selected Santa Barbara as one of the top 19 must-see destinations for 2019.
Expedia says it calculated the list based on cities celebrating fresh starts and past accomplishments this year.
Researchers said Santa Barbara made the list because of its sunny, relaxed and carefree vibes.
Peachtree City, Georgia topped the list. Santa Barbara was #19.
Other California cities on the list were Anaheim, San Diego, and Coloma.
