The Pacific Surfliner Amtrak train that runs up and down California through the Central Coast reported a number of weather-related delays Sunday.

The train service said on its Twitter Sunday that one train originally set to depart from Goleta would instead take off from Oxnard.

Service through Santa Barbara was significantly impacted Saturday due to storms but Amtrak tweeted Sunday that all Pacific Surfliner trains except for the Goleta train would run as scheduled.

A train leaving San Luis Obispo was 45 minutes late in its Sunday departure and a train from Guadalupe departed over an hour late Sunday due to weather, Amtrak said.

The train service said “weather related reduced speed limits” are causing further delays in service.

Be sure to check your train itinerary before departing to make sure it’s not impacted by the recent storm.
