Santa Barbara County has approved a land-use permit for a non-storefront cannabis delivery service business in Vandenberg Village.
In Da Cut says it will operate a delivery-only service which features pre-packaged cannabis goods and products.
If the permit is not appealed, In Da Cut will open up at 3769 Constellation Road.
The appeal period is set to end Thursday, May 30.
Santa Barbara County has received only two cannabis delivery permit applications – from In Da Cut and From The Earth, which has been given a conditional use permit for a location at 117 E. Clark Ave. in Orcutt.
In Da Cut plans to operate Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and employ up to three office workers and three delivery drivers.
