Paso Robles police arrested two people Monday night on various drug-related charges.

An officer reportedly stopped a vehicle for a mechanical violation and determined the driver had a suspended license. Police say they searched the car and found 60 grams of methamphetamine, 24 grams of heroin, numerous pills, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.

Police identified the driver as Henry Long, 36, of Atascadero. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license.
