The Jaws of Life were used Monday to extricate a driver involved in a head-on crash just outside the Paso Robles city limits.
It happened shortly before 2 p.m. on Linne Road just east of Hanson Road.
Paso Robles police say minor to moderate injuries were reported.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
