35th district Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham and nine other legislators want answers from the state regarding vaccine distributions.

A bi-partisan group of state legislators sent a letter to the California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly asking for clarification on the COVID-19 vaccine distribution protocols calling the state's process a "black box".

Legislators want to get clarification on the state department's decision making when it comes to vaccine allocation per county.

"A lack of communication and transparency from the administration has resulted in mass confusion by both the general public and our local public health officers," the letter says in part.
