A Cal Poly dorm will be closed for another school year.
In early 2017, Fremont Hall was evacuated and closed after storms caused mud and debris to affect the nearby hillside.
Earlier this year,the ground was showing movement again.
Cal Poly said at the time that workers were continuously monitoring the current hillside movement and taking action to minimize impacts to the building.
Official on Thursday told KSBY News the dorm remains closed and won't be used for the 2019-2020 school year.
No word on when it may reopen.
Classes at Cal Poly begin Sept. 19.
