Video has been released showing two people being hit on the Cal Poly campus.
Corban Kinloch, 20, has been charged with two counts of felony hit-and-run causing injury in connection with the Jan. 18 collision on campus.
University police say two people, an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, were hit by the car near the Performing Arts Center.
Both were taken to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to Cal Poly officials.
Kinloch was arrested a short time later.
The video, first released by Mustang News, shows two people enter the crosswalk before they were hit soon after.
Kinloch is set to be arraigned Thursday.
