The California Highway Patrol has released the name of the motorcyclist killed in a crash on Highway 1 in Cambria earlier this month.
The crash happened the afternoon of May 15 in the southbound lanes of the highway south of Ardath Drive.

The motorcyclist, identified as Klayton H. Kidd, 75, of Morro Bay, died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Officers said drugs or alcohol were not believed to be contributing factors.
