The Madonna Inn is famous for its Pink Champagne cake. Now it is getting the chilled treatment by a local ice cream parlor.
This week, Nite Creamery announced it would serve the champagne in a cup -- an ice cream treat version of the well-known dessert.
Nite Creamery uses liquid nitrogen to freeze its ice cream.
The limited time collaboration will be available on Saturday at 1 p.m. located at Nite Creamery in downtown San Luis Obispo on Higuera.
