The final inmate infected in the late October COVID-19 outbreak reported at Main Jail has recovered, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
In total, eight inmates tested positive during the outbreak, which began Oct. 31. By Nov. 23, all inmates had recovered.
Officials say that there are no remaining active cases from the outbreak.
