UPDATE: The crash was cleared by 8:40 a.m. but another crash involving up to four vehicles was reported in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 in Nipomo around 8:20 a.m. Crews from CAL FIRE SLO were responding.

ORIGINAL STORY: A crash on Highway 101 in Santa Maria was slowing northbound traffic Wednesday morning.
It happened at around 7:15 a.m. near the Highway 166 East offramp.
CHP reports no injuries associated with the crash and said the bridge was clear; However, drivers in the area are saying they’re seeing a slowdown as of 8 a.m.
No other information was immediately available.
