UPDATE (12:00 p.m.) - Liveoak Road is now open according to SLO County Public Works.

Roads were closed around San Luis Obispo County Monday morning due to downed trees.
In Templeton, the gravel portion of Liveoak Road was closed just before 10:30 a.m.
In Nipomo, Oakglen Avenue was also closed just before 10 a.m. from Amado Street to the southern end of the road. SLO County Public Works crews are cleaning up one tree there but there is another downed tree near the end of the road. They are not going to clean it up until winds die down due to concerns other trees in the area could fall. Public Works says the road will likely remain closed until Tuesday.
