Firefighters were dispatched to a house fire early Friday morning in San Luis Obispo.
SLO City Fire officials say that when crews arrived to the home on the 600 block of Tank Farm Rd. at about 1:40 a.m. smoke was seen billowing out of the windows.

The structure reportedly appeared to be abandoned but firefighters learned there may be someone still trapped in the residence.
San Luis Obispo police located that person at a nearby gas station while firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the fire.
The fire was contained to the room where it initially sparked and was extinguished by firefighters within a half hour.
SLO City Fire public information officer James Blattler says an investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway but initial findings show the fire was likely caused by candles that were left burning unattended.
No one was injured in the fire, according to Blattler.
Fire officials say crews will remain on the scene Friday morning to continue mopping up.
