Motorists should expect traffic delays at the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 246 in Lompoc this week.
Caltrans says ten-minute recurring traffic breaks will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m until 3 p.m.
These traffic breaks are reportedly necessary to allow Michels Pacific Energy of Santa Clara to move cables across the roadway for installation on nearby poles.
California Highway Patrol officers will also be present.
