According to Caltrans District 5, the northbound lanes of U.S. 101 are closed at San Ysidro Road in Santa Barbara County due to roadway flooding.
Officials say travelers are being detoured off the highway at Sheffield Drive.
All on and off-ramps are closed from San Ysidro Road to Olive Mill Road.
