Blast 825 Brewery in Orcutt is back open following a fire at the beginning of the week.
Blast manager Michael Arnswald says their outside fire pit has been moved to the front of the building and they are using their pizza oven in the dining room.
The brewery is unable to serve fried food options until the inspectors give the OK for them to use the kitchen again, but the bar remains open.
Firefighters were called to the brewery on the 200 block of S. Broadway Monday morning after management says flames from the barbecue ignited a grease fire.
Some walls were knocked down to make sure the fire, which caused smoke to be visible throughout the Orcutt area, was fully put out.
"With everything we've dealt with this year, this is just another speed bump. Everybody's taking it in stride and we've done with COVID and all the headaches that have come with that, so the staff has gotten pretty resilient and they're pretty excited to get back and keep working right now," Arnswald said.
Blast remains open for outdoor dining and indoor dining at 25 percent capacity.
The 75 employees are all still working.
