The Paso Robles Police Department is investigating a shooting.
It happened at about 8:15 p.m. Monday at Dry Creek Apartments.
Police say the victim had been taken to a local hospital before officers arrived at the scene. That person was reportedly treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the arm and torso.
Police say they interviewed the victim but that person did not provide much information.
Investigators believe the victim was shot while seated in a gold Cadillac that was traveling on Alamo Creek Terrace within the apartment complex.
Police say they were able to locate the vehicle and take possession of it.
