Police: 2 arrested in SLO for drugs, stolen credit card

San Luis Obispo police arrested two people suspected of committing a number of crimes on Tuesday night.

Officers responded to a hotel along the 2000 block of Monterey for a call that two rooms were paid for with a stolen credit card.

According to the report, when officers arrived, they found Millie Popovic, 60, and Kenneth Popovic, 36, in the hotel rooms with several ounces of methamphetamine and heroin packaged for sales along with other sales related paraphernalia.

Officers also found dozens of fraudulently manufactured credit cards embossed with stolen credit card information and an embossing machine.

Millie Popovic was arrested and booked for:
-Burglary- Felony
-Theft by Credit Card- Felony
-Manufacturing Fraudulent Credit Cards- Felony
-Possession of Credit Card Manufacturing Equipment-Felony
-Possession of Narcotics for Sales- Felony
-Possession of Narcotics and Narcotic Paraphernalia- Misd.

Kenneth Popovic was arrested and booked for:
-Possession of Narcotics for Sales- Felony
-Possession of Narcotics of Narcotic Paraphernalia- Misd.
-Manufacturing Fraudulent Credit Cards- Felony
-Possession of a Switchblade Knife- Misd.
-Possession of Credit Card Manufacturing Equipment-Felony
