Tuesday marks once month since Marlon Brumfield was shot and killed in Lompoc and police are still looking for one of the two suspects.
On Sept. 19, eleven days after the murder, the Lompoc Police Department arrested Francisco Gutierrez Ortega on suspicion of murder and conspiracy. He has not entered a plea and is due back in court next week.
