A homicide victim in Grover Beach has been identified by police as Andres Martinez, 37, of Grover Beach.
Grover Beach police say it happened in a strip mall on the 1800 block of Grand Avenue early Monday morning.
Police say when they arrived, they located Martinez in the parking lot of the strip mall. He later died from injuries related to blunt force trauma.
Nicholas Sage Coronado-Watermen, 25, of Grover Beach has been arrested in connection with the homicide.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
