Some friendly competition for olive oil makers.
The Central Coast Olive Oil Competition is opening up registration for people to compete this coming April.
Competitors can sign up as early-birds starting on March 19, and registration ends on March 26.
Entries will be from all over California and will be classified in four different categories, ranging from extra virgin olive oil to flavored organic extra virgin.
All oils will be tasted and judged using the competition's safety precautions.
