A World War II veteran in Santa Margarita is celebrating his 107th birthday.
Henry Barba served in the army from 1939 to 1942.
He lived through the 1918 flu pandemic, the Great Depression, and now COVID-19.
His family, friends and neighbors held a drive-thru birthday celebration for him on Sunday.
Barba's family members gathered around him with face masks and party hats to celebrate.
Barba says the parade was a beautiful surprise.
