An arrest has been made in connection with a hit-and-run in Buellton that left a pedestrian seriously injured.

Deputies with the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Avenue of the Flags near Highway 246 at about 5:42 p.m. Sunday for reports of the collision.

Sheriff's officials say the victim was airlifted to the hospital after being found down in the road.
