Splash Cafe in Pismo Beach is temporarily closing its doors after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
The restaurant took to Facebook Saturday to announce the status of the restaurant.
The Facebook post reads, in part, "Transparency is important for the health and safety of our community. We're grateful for your support during this challenging time."
The business will be sanitized and cleaned in accordance with measures put forth by the San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department.
A date has not yet been announced for when the Pismo Beach location is expected to re-open.
The restaurant's San Luis Obispo location will remain open for outdoor seating and take-out orders.
