Santa Barbara County Fire says an 18-year-old man fell from a balcony around midnight Thursday in Isla Vista.
Authorities say he fell 70 feet to the ocean below.
Medics were able to reach the teen with close access from the street.
He was treated and transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
An update on his condition or the extent of his injuries has not been released.
