A three-year-long battle has come to an end after a local olive farm took down its water tower sign.
Karen Tallent installed the sign at the Groves on 41 in 2016. A few months later, she says the county said the sign did not meet requirements.
She says she tried to work with the county to comply with safety standards, but new issues kept coming up.
Groves on 41 posted on its Facebook page last week that the water tower was removed.
In the post, they say there are plans in the works to open a farm stand and change the sign to a trailer on wheels.
