ORIGINAL STORY: California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a five-car pile-up on Highway 101 near Atascadero Monday morning.
According to the CHP incident page, the collision happened at about 7:50 a.m. on Highway 101 southbound near the Santa Rosa Rd. off-ramp.
Three of the involved vehicles have moved over to the center divider but the other two cars are blocking the fast lane.
Tow trucks are en route to clear the scene but drivers should expect some delays during the morning commute.
