The Lompoc Police Department says Ajay and Casey Bratcher have been located.
Their last contact with their family was April 1st, according to police.
Police had originally stated their father, 39-year-old Adam Bratcher, was hiding the kids from their custodial mother.
Bratcher came to the Lompoc Police Department for a custody exchange Friday and was not arrested, according to police.
The children are now back in custody with their mother.
It is unclear at this time if Bratcher will be facing any charges.
The case is being sent over to the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office, according to the children's mother.
