Authorities are releasing more information about the people involved in a deadly crash that happened Friday afternoon on Highway 154 at the Cold Spring Bridge.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Rebecca Vanessa Goss Bley of Solvang was killed in the crash. Officials say two young children died, but they are withholding their names pending DNA identification.
According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, DNA samples are being process at the Sacramento County Coroner's Office where an ANDE Rapid DNA System will be used to confirm the children's identities.
