California Highway Patrol is reporting a brush fire off Highway 101 southbound in Montecito that broke out just after 4:45 a.m. According to CHP, the northbound Cabrillo Boulevard off-ramp from the northbound direction is closed, as well as the northbound Hot Springs Road off-ramp.
Officials with CHP says no lanes on Highway 101 are blocked.
