Update: The CHP is reporting major injuries as a result of the crash.

The California Highway Patrol is responding to a traffic collision on Highway 101 southbound in Santa Barbara near Milpas Street.
According to CHP, a box truck overturned just before 5:00 a.m., prompting the closure of the Milpas Street off-ramp.
