High school students from across San Luis Obispo County showed off their work at the California Mid-State Fair on Thursday during the Industrial Arts Auction.
Students designed and built projects, including barbecues, trailers, and porch swings.
The event featured a preview of student projects, followed by an awards ceremony and live auction. Items up for sale included a mix of welding, woodworking, rope-work, and electrical projects.
More than a dozen local businesses gave out awards.
